This Privacy Policy determines how Sarah and Purposely Digital ("we" "us" "our"), who are the data controller, process the information collected by this website. When you visit this website for Purposely Digital, no personal data is collected automatically. This website proudly uses no cookies or third party integrations. We believe that your data is yours.

Hostinger, where this website is hosted, automatically collects certain information using a built-in analytics tool. In sum, it uses Cloudfare CDN to collect and to record when (time), from where (IP address / country), and on which device (smartphone or desktop) you viewed it from. It also records any errors or troubleshooting issues. This information is used by us to improve the Purposely Digital website and its services. If you decide to use the contact form, this website will collect and store some personal data that you enter into the form. It will collect your name, email, and message, stored by Hostinger and viewable by Sarah, the owner of Purposely Digital and this website. This is done so you can make and Sarah can respond to your inquires, such as setting up an initial call to discuss coaching or answering questions about coaching services. The data you submit is retained until your query is fully addressed or for one year's time, whichever is first.

However, fulfillment of certain contracts may require that information might be transferred outside of Europe, including Canada and the United States. This includes using Zoom, a US-based videoconferencing service. The details of this will be provided to you if and when you sign a coaching contract to be coached by Sarah.
